Absolut Playbook

Absolut Vodka sought a globally consistent, always-on design program to enhance their master brand identity.

Despite having the second most recognisable bottle in the world—after Coca Cola—the problem was clear, it completely disappeared at shelf. For this new business pitch, I crafted a simple design formula to create an exclusive podium for every Absolut bottle.

Without increasing the footage, we maximised shelf visibility to reassert Absolut Original as the signpost to premium Vodka. 

Within 8 weeks, the first phase of the playbook was delivered. Each updatable touchpoint was designed to be future-proof, accommodating an array of technologies like LEDs, scent and beacons to enrich the brand experience.
